Hi team,
1.Can I get the curve of K with 1uF?

2. Min/Max variance of K in case of 390kΩ and 1uF

Hi Shoo,
I highly recommend looking at TPUL2G123 as an alternative. This device also has a lot more plots available in the datasheet and a table to lookup your desired pulse duration.
However, to answer your questions:
1. The curve for 1uF is going to be extremely similar to the 0.1uF curve.
2. We don't spec for variance for our device because you're significantly more likely to experience variance based on the manufacturing variance of your capacitor value.

Hi Nikki,
For quesition2, if 1uF curve is closely 0.1uF curve, then the variance of the cap value would not be strongly affected.
Can I get the estimated variance as a reference?
We also want to know the TPUL2G123 of Min/Max variance of K in case of 390kΩ and 1uF as a reference?

Shoo
Hi Shoo,
We don't have variance data for older devices such as SN74LVC1G123. However, typical variance is 1%.
For TPUL, this is a spec listed in Section 5.7 Switching Characteristics in the datasheet. It's called Δtwo and lists 1% as typical for all values with 10% as maximum. The datasheet has a table showing K Factor compared to capacitance and resistance in Figures 5-9 to 5-19 . You can see that when the external timing capacitance is 1uF, the resistance doesn't matter as much. Please refer to these plots.

Nikki
