According to section 7.3.13 of the TPLD1202 datasheet, serial communication can be used to update specific registers.
I believe that by rewriting certain registers, it is possible to modify the internal settings of the TPLD1202 even while it is mounted on the board. Is this understanding correct?
Also, if OTP has already been programmed, is it correct to assume that the registers cannot be rewritten using the EVM or serial communication?
