CD4050B: input, output, Vcc convertion

Hi,

Our customer want to know if the input is 2.5V, VCC is 15V ,can the output reach 15V? I couldn't find this information in datasheet.

VCC=15V, Vin=2.5V, Vout=15V, that is customer's design goal, if CD4050B can not meet, please recommend other devices, thanks!

    The input signal is too low for the specified VIH.

    Level shifters like the CD40109B or CD4504B are not specified for voltages below 5 V.

    Use a comparator like the TLV1811 that compares the input signal against a reference voltage of about 1.25 V.
