TPS37: TPS37 As a turn-on delay timer

Hi,

I'm trying to use the TPS37 as a delay turn-on timer for a N Channel mosfet.
So the logic is: Power comes on->We wait a few seconds (controllable with external DIP switches) and then the N-Channel mosfet comes on, driver by the reset_uvxx pin.

I've tried running some simulations but the PSPICE model isn't great.

Do you guys think it will work?

The key issue is that I need the output to be latching. The mosfet is used to limit inrush during boot up

Are you able to share a schematic of your implementation?

What is the input voltage?

How much delay do you need?
