SN74LVC244A: MDC buffer part number required

Is there a reason you cannot use SN74LVC244A? This would be the best recommendation.

What do you mean by a 2 input buffer? This would be an AND gate. 

Adding on enable functionality this would be a 3-input AND gate. Is this what you are looking for?

No, it's not an AND gate. The explanation is as follows. I intended to use a buffer to send both MDIO and MDC signals to the necessary devices. I would enable those signals through the buffer if I wanted to use those peripherals. The required buffer device can be either 2 bit or 4 bit.
