Hello David,

Yes cold sparing is supported.

This part does not have any positive clamping diodes so no risk of input back-flowing to VCC.

Hello David,

Let me correct myself. For I/Os to be in Hi-Z state, the OE pin needs to be toggled. This part unfortunately does not support Ioff or VCC isolation meaning I/Os will not be forced into Hi-Z when VCC = 0V.

If you are looking for a part that supports this feature, we have SN54SLC8T245-SEP.
