    Hi Vasundra,

    Thanks for the inquiry. The auto-qualified PMGD290UCEAX is a dual complimentary p/n FET. If automotive qualification is required, then we do not have an offering. TI does not have a p2p replacement and our closest cross reference would be two discrete FETs: CSD17483F4 for the N-channel and CSD25483F4 for the P-channel. We do not have a cross to the PMBT3906,215 which is a pnp bipolar transistor which TI does not make. I believe this completes your table and I will close this thread.
