    The B suffixes are used to determine specific production flow See Supporting customers with geopolitically dependable capacity

    Please be more specific, I don't want any diferences beetween MPN's, I want to know if all these MPN's are perfect the same with no one diferences only the packaging should be diferent, other diferences is not accepted, please clarify!

    Please write the MPN's that are perfect the same with no diferences only packaging methods exemple: tube, reel, etc.

    Hi Marne,

    All of these MPN will have the same electrical characteristics, and the same package with the only differences being potentially the topside marking which will all follow DS conventions. The only differences between the MPNs will be where they are manufactured from. If you are concerned about what metals are used in the leadframes you can specify the E4/G4 when ordering. This will have no affect on the performance of the device. If you are concerned about devices going through China, or want devices only going through China you could specify the .A or .B parts with their differences documented in the link in my first response.

    If none of these are concerns for you simply order the standard MPN for these parts SN74LVC04APWR This way our team can route the most available options all the time.
