Hello,
I need to provide a power dissipation value for SN74AHC1G86. I see in the datasheet it calls out a Cpd value, but am not sure how to derive PD from that. Would one of the below calculations be what is suggested? Or is there something else?
- PD=VCCXICC=5.5VX10Ua
- PD=(TJ-Worse case TA)/RJA=(150-85)/252
