SN74AHC1G86: Power Dissipation Value

Part Number: SN74AHC1G86

Hello,

I need to provide a power dissipation value for SN74AHC1G86. I see in the datasheet it calls out a Cpd value, but am not sure how to derive PD from that. Would one of the below calculations be what is suggested? Or is there something else?

  1. PD=VCCXICC=5.5VX10Ua
  2. PD=(TJ-Worse case TA)/RJA=(150-85)/252
