Hello Inho,

Any unused inputs need to have a valid voltage (high or low). I would recommend you tie your unused inputs to ground. Otherwise the schematic looks good.

Dear, Joshua,

3V3 output Waveform is not good.

That level is very low.

Please, modify my my circuits, that problems.

Is it possible to isolate the output (Pin 2) from the Adaptor_JACK and measure again?

Hello Josh,

ADD Pull-up Resistor 360 ohm on Pin 2 of CD4010BE, below this.

And, I measured waveform 12V_IN & 3.3V_OUT, below this.

Please, Review my modified circuits.

Hello Inho,

What I meant by my initial comment was to isolate the CD4010E and 3V3_IO_JACK and measure the output. The part should be able to drive the output to 3.3V.

The updated schematic and waveforms looks good.
