TXU0104: Logic level lower limit

Hello,

We would like to use the TXU0104 to interface with an IC with 1V logic levels (IC provides 1V input to TXU0104 and level shifts it to 3.3V). The positive-going threshold voltage suggests that 1V inputs may work, though VCCA is only rated down to 1.1V. Would the TXU0104 work with VCCA=input logic level=1V (as opposed to VCCA=1.1V, logic=1V, for example)?

The supply must not be less than 1.08 V. 1 V is likely to work, but this is not guaranteed.

To convert such unusual voltages into logic levels, you could use a comparator (e.g., TLV9034) with a reference voltage of 0.5 V.

Hello Debjit,

The 1V logic should work as long as VCCA is greater than 1.8V.

You can also look into the SN74AXC4T245 which supports supplies and input signals as low as 0.65V
