2. Quiescent current is our Icc spec in the datasheet.

I am using the SN74LVC3G17DCUR device, but I could not find the maximum junction temperature (Tj(max)) in the datasheet. Therefore, I assumed 150 °C as a standard value for logic devices.
Below are the calculated Pmax values for different ambient temperatures:

2. 100mA is the abs max value, but highest recommended is 32mA (based on IOH/IOL).
