Hello,

I would like to know if there exists any GRADE 0 (Tamb,max=150°C) TTL-compatible logic port,
be it AND, NAND, OR, XOR or whatever.

A CAHCT1G86QDCKRQ1 P2P compatible part would be very welcomed.

Hi Alex,

We do not have any parts with a 150C ambient temp rating. Most of our devices will max out at 125C (or lower).

No, Grade-0 refers to 150C ambient temp rating. We do not have any rated to this.
