Using ULN2003A with TXS0108E

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXS0108E, ULN2003A

Dear All,

Can we use ULN2003A with TXS0108E.

I am using TXS0108E chip for converting 3.3V to 5V logic and , 5V input is given to ULN2003A

Thank you in advance,

Best Regards,

  • Hello Sanjay,

You could use the TXS0108E to drive the inputs of the ULN2003A.
The ULN2003A is also compatible with 3.3V inputs, however, and drive strength will not be significantly impacted for the ULN2003A whether the inputs are 3.3 or 5V, so a TXS0108E device is likely not required.
