Part Number: SN74AC14

Hello,

I am looking at the July 2024 data sheet for SN74AC14PW parts.  In the packaging information table, the SN74AC14PWRG4 part is -40 to +85C and the SN74AC14PWRG4.A part is -40 to +125C, is this correct?

    Hi Tanya,

    Yes, if it is guaranteed that you have a ".A" device, it will be 125C.

    However, because the PWRG4 and PWRG4.A devices are shipped as the same device, the datasheet and ordering page lists worst case of 85C. There is not a good way to guarantee ".A" device.
