For SN74AC125-Q1, it's 2025 part and it can accept higher transition rate comparing with SN74LVC125-Q1. (low voltage) May you share the internl design/process for the AC part why we can support higher transition rate ?

Unfortunately, I can't share the internal design or process with you, due to our protocol around protecting our intellectual property and the fact that even I don't have access to these files.
The answer is very complicated and comes down to differences in transistor sizing, as well as the fact that the AC family is optimized for 5V operation while the LVC family is optimized for 3.3V operation, which will result in some fundamental differences in architecture.
