High speed logic gates

Hi,

I have been looking for high speed logic gates in Texas Instruments but I haven´t found the things that I want.

I want one AND GATE and one XOR GATE, but with the following main characteristic: the gates must have a trise (time of rise) and tfall (time of fall) of about 200 ps. Do you know if there are gates with this speed? or if you don't know, which are the faster logic gates that you know? (talking about the time of rise and time of fall, I don´t mind the delay time of the gate).

AUC will be the fastest logic. The rise time will depend on the load and VCC. With a light load 5pf or so the rise and fall times should be around 1/2 ns.

Its max Vcc is 2.7V.

What is faster? 74AUC08 or 74AHC08? Talking about the rise and fall time
