Level 37 Hspice

Hi,

I'm trying to use a SN74ALVTH162827GR in a prototype design.  I downloaded the hspice files for this part from the TI website.  Unfortunately, I can not sim using the models because they contain a level 37 spice model.  I read the readme and it says to contact my vendor to get a spice patch.  I haven't been able to find much information about who to contact to request the patch.  If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be very appreciative.
