TXS0108E: No Output from TXS0108E

Part Number: TXS0108E

Hi,

i am currently trying to get a TXS0108E on a Breakout-Board to level down a 3.3V based SPI Interface to a 1.4V based SPI Interface.

For this, i connected the 3.3V based Interface to Port B of the Chip, as well as 3.3V to VCCB. I connected the OE Pin to 3.3V over a 1k Pull-Up Resistor and to GND with a 47k Pull-Down Resistor. Currently there is no device connected to the Port A, but i am applying 1.4V to VCCA. When probing the corrosponding pins on Port A with a Oscilloscope, I dont see any signal. There are no external Pull-ups or Pull-Downs on Port A, so just the probe is connected.

Does the OE Pin need to be pulled-up to the VCCA for this operation? I am also probing the Input on Port B and it looks clean.

Best Regards,

Tim
