SN74ACT08-Q1: Regarding the package information

Regarding "SN74ACT08PWRQ1".

I selected the TSSOP, 14 package. Looking at page 3 of the datasheet, it says that only the "BQA" thermal pad is available. However, the "PWP0014G" on page 18 has a thermal pad. The "PW0014A" on page 27 does not have a thermal pad.
1. What is the difference between "PWP0014G" and "PW0014A"?
2. What is the part number without a thermal pad? Is it the "SN74ACT08PWRQ1"? When I previously purchased the "SN74ACT08PWRQ1," it did not come with a pad.

Hi Yuki Sakamoto,

1. The PWP0014G is not available for this device, and this package addendum was included by mistake. Only the PW0014A package is available.

2. If you order SN74ACT08PWRQ1, you will receive the PW0014A package. There will be no thermal pad.
