CD4047B: Differences between CD4047BM and CD4047BM96

Part Number: CD4047B

Hello,

I was hoping I could ensure what differences (if any) there are between CD4047BM and CD4047BM96.

The former is obselete and we want to make sure we can switch over to the latter without any fuctional changes.

Also is there any way to get the lead material and ball finish information on CD4047BM? Public information say to ask you.

    Hi Peter,

    The datasheet covers both versions, so there should not be any electrical changes outside the datasheet limits. The 96 just indicates that the part is being shipped in large tape and reel.
