When OE changes from "H" to "L" in the SN74HC373 FUNCTION TABLE (when LE is "L"), will the OUTPUT become "Z", or will it remain at the previous state of "H" or "L"?

Hi,

OE\ will take priority in this scenario, as you can also see from the block diagram. There is a buffer at the output that is controlled by the OE\ pin. The output will be HIZ whenever OE\ is L.
