Part Number: CD4047B
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: STRIKE
Dear Experts,
The following is the customer's schematic diagram. The customer uses CD4047 to generate complementary PWM signals. Currently, two abnormal situations have been detected during testing:
Chip 1: Pin 10 is always high, Pin 11 is always low
Chip 2: At room temperature, pin 10 is always high, pin 10 is always high, and after about 24 seconds, it turns into a square wave (which appears after several tests); Spray liquid nitrogen and transform into a square wave after 45 seconds at low temperature; Using a hot air gun at 100 ℃, it can immediately output a square wave
At present, the specific cause of the failure is unclear. The customer has conducted ABA cross testing and the fault followed the chip. The impedance of each pin of the chip to ground was measured, and the impedance was infinite. An FA application was submitted, and FQE feedback suggested that it may be a problem with the customer's application. It is recommended to consult with you first, hoping that you can help find the cause of the failure. Thank you
