We are planning on using SN74ACT596 for driving a segment display. We plan to run 10mA through each IO for a Max current of 80mA. I just wanted to make sure we are reading the data sheet correctly:
Is this IC rated for 50mA per pin and 200mA total across all pin outputs?
(If the above is true,10 mA for 8 pins should not cause any issues as this is below the max of 200mA)
