Hello,
I am looking for any radiation data (TID/nDD, SEE) for the SN74HC132 device. Or if there is any applicable data on a similar device or one that uses similar features/designs.
Also, in general, is there a way to have a dedicated parts specialist? I am coming from Boeing where we had an engineer (Lauren Baker, as i recall?) as our representative. I am new to apex, and we may already have one, but i wanted to check.
