How much is junction temperature range of CD4512BNSR?

Q2.
How much is NS package thermal resistance range to junction of CD4512BNSR?

Hi Kazuya,

The maximum junction temperature for this device is 150C.

Unfortunately, we do not have any thermal resistance data for this device.

Can CD4049UBNSR thermal information be referred?
Of cause we know the information is not same as CD4512BNSR one.

You can refer to that thermal information as a rough estimate.
