Part Number: SN7406

Hi Team,

Whether there is any spec difference between SN7406DR & SN7406DRG4? Customer concerned the full part number is different.

    Hi Francis,

    There is no spec difference. The G4 suffix used to indicate lead-free leadframes before lead-free was standard. Now, all of our leadframes are lead-free. The device is the same, but the G4 suffix is kept active for customers who already qualified and use the G4 version.
