SN74LS07: Temperature Range

i need and industrial temp version of the SN74LS07D. The datasheet for the SN74LS07D shows the operating temperature range of 0- 70. There are indications that the actual operating temp is -40 +85. Is this true? Is there documentation to back that up?

Hi Chris,

Let me check with some team members and get back to you, it's possible all of the devices we make now fall within the standard operating temperature range of -40 to +85, but I'm not sure.

Unfortunately I've confirmed that these devices are limited to the 0 to 70 degree operating temperature range.
