SN74LVC244A: Input Leakage Current with 3.3V input

Part Number: SN74LVC244A

The datasheet provides input leakage current with VI = 5.5V or GND. I would like to know if these values are the same or vary if implemented with a 3.3V input. Are there any curves for input leakage current vs input voltage?

    At 3.3 V, the leakage current is likely to be somewhat smaller. But there is no guarantee.

    Note that the leakage current depends very strongly on the temperature; see below measurements of some other device:
