Hello,
I see the data sheet for SN74HCT165 lists a multiple different finishes under the options after SN74HCT165PWR, including tin. I had the following questions for the parts that receive the pure tin plating:
Is the tin plating applied through electroplating, immersion tin or hot dipping?
How thick is the plating/which of the following categories does the tin thickness fall into? <50 micro-in, 50-250 micro-in, 251-500 micro-in, 501-1000 micro-in, or > 1000 micro-in
Does the plating get annealed or fused after deposition?
