Hi.
In the SN54SC6T14-SEP datasheet, we see that this component is tested against SETs (single event transients) - but we do not see the test results in the radiation test report? Should we do filtering on the xY output of the inverter, or can we expect that it is SET-free up to 43 MeVcm2/mg?
