PCA9306 and TXB0108 package parasitics IBIS models

There are IBIS models on ti.com for the PCA9306 and TXB0108, however, those ibis files do not include the package parasitics for the parts I'm looking to evaluate. Can you provide the package parasitics for the uQFN package for part number PCA9306DQER and the VFBGA package for part number TXB0108ZXYR and I can add them in the model file manually? Below is an example for what I'm looking for.

Also, I have another question about the PCA9306 model. There is a model selector for the series pin mapping model PCA9306_IO_S. My design will use the 2.5V on the SCL1/SDA1 side and 3.3V on the SCL2/SDA2 side. Because I have two voltages, I'm not sure which of the options for PCA9306_IO_S to use in my simulations. What would you suggest?
