Hi team,

Please confirm the Junction temperature for the PN: SN74AUP2G240DQER when the ambient temperatures are >70 degC,

If possible please provide the graph of junction temperature vs ambient temperature ( ranging from 50 degC to 100degC).

Hi Rama,

The maximum junction temperature is 150 C. The junction temperature during operating will depend on the power through the device, so I can't estimate it from what you've given me.

The formula is θ_JA(°C/W)*P(W)+T_A(°C) = T_J(°C)

Can I know the max power dissipation for the SN74AUP2G240DQER. Its not mentioned anywhere in datasheet.
