SN74LVC2G17DBVR this part we found exposed cooper on the shoulder due to incomplete plating.
kindly check the Pic. May I know this problem meet TI's QC standard? This problem have any quality risk in use?

Hi Cindy,

This looks normal, and this might just be a roughened leadframe, rather than a leadframe with exposed copper. There are no issues with this device. See a more detailed explanation here, especially slide 7: Roughened Leadframes
