According to section 7.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings of the datasheet, Vo is MIN -0.5V.

(2) The input and output negative-voltage ratings may be exceeded if the input and output current ratings are observed.

Can this IC withstand a momentary voltage drop of approximately -1V (for example, around 1 second, occurring about 10 times per hour)?
