The datasheet specifies only the guaranteed minimum/maximum values (and they are the same for Toshiba and TI); the typical values are not documented and might change.

Hi Masanori-san,

If the minimum/maximum values change spec, yes there will be a notification. However, the typical values are not in the datasheet. As long as the "typical value" stays within the min/max values, the device will meet our specifications.
