Part Number: CD4007UB
We used this part* CD4007UBMT when we were designing before, but now the TI website shows that this part CD4007UBMT has been obsoleted. And the others in the same series are still available.
Could we directly use CD4007UBM96 or CD4007UBM96.A from the same series? Because looking at the specifications and the marking, they are actually the same parts.
I would like to know if the obsoletion of CD4007UBMT was due to the reason of ROSH? thanks!
