Hi team,
I have observed a change in the output waveform of the SN74LV1T125 before and after PCN.
After the PCN, the output appears to be oscillating, which was not seen prior to the change. We suspect that the output impedance may have shifted between the pre-PCN and post-PCN versions of the device.
Is it possible that the drive capability changed as a result of the process change, leading to a difference in output impedance? If so, could you share any data or clarification on whether the output impedance specification is covered under the PCN?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
