Part Number: SN54ACT74
Hello,
I'm looking for the mechanical package data information for SN54ACT7811GB. This part number is obsolete, so I had to enter a valid part number in order to get my question into the E2E forum.
I'm still using this IC (SN54ACT7811GB) on a board, which I'm getting more boards manufactured. Our PCB design group is needing to know dimensions and pad size in order create the manufactured files. If you do not have the data for this particular chip is the another chip that used the same mechanical foot print?
I have about six of these chips in spares.
