I'm Massimo Gazzato of GELSE SRL from Italy

We purchased 5000 pz SN74HC42DR pin in MAY ( your invoice 5853010352) and found that pins aren't metalized.

Also the TEXAS SIMBOL that identifies the state of TEXAS is different.

I wanted to make it's fine.

Hi Massimo,

I do not see cause for concern.

The appearance of the pins is due to 'roughened lead frame' which is intentional because it provides better solder adhesion. [FAQ] Why do the leadframes look strongly oxidized or corroded?

The difference in logo is normal.
