We have received an inquiry from our customer regarding the differences in the internal wiring of the product.
The customer has informed us that if no further explanation or response can be provided, they may have no choice but to reconsider future business arrangements with us.
Therefore, we would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and an expedited response.
We would appreciate it if you could provide your response to the following items:
  • The progress of your investigation into the cause of the differences in the internal wiring
  • Your assessment regarding the authenticity of the product and whether it is suitable for use

    Hi Vinay,

    What vendor did you purchase these parts from (Digikey, Mouser, etc.)? Also, the parts received from any authorized vendor should have a TI label like on the genuine product. Can you please provide this?

    Hi Vinay,

    Do you have the TI lot number for this order from Arrow? This will help us determine where the devices came from. The lead frames could be different for a number of different reasons. Different fabs or assembly sites may have different lead frames. The parts may also be older and there may have been change in leadframe design since then.

    Does the customer have any issues with part functionality? Or just concerned with the internal differences?
