Hi Richard,

We do not have SEU data for non-SP devices.

I'm only an expert on Logic devices (this is the Logic forum), so I can suggest SN54SC8T373MPWTSEP as a replacement for SN74AVC16373DGGR. Our space-rated devices have SEU data. For example, see SN54SC4T08-SEP Single-Event Latch-Up (SEL) Radiation Report.

I also recommend SN54SC4T08-SEP.

The other devices you listed are not logic devices. I recommend asking in their respective forums.
