Hello Team Texas, we had a problem with a batch of material that was sent to us of the release B511006507G-4.

We have these three types of materials. Our questions are:

1. What are the differences in the markings?

2. Are all three the same material?

3. Why are there differences in the markings?

Hi Tane,

1. Top markings can vary depending on the assembly site.

2. If these parts were ordered from TI or an authorized retailer, if they were listed as SN74AC08DR then they are the same material.

3. Different assembly sites can have different top markings.

Hi Tane,

These parts will all meet the specifications laid out in the datasheet. There may be internal differences in the leadframe or other items, but they will all function as stated in the datasheet.

Hi Tane,

Do you have another picture of the first component? I can't make out the end of the marking on that one.

For the other two, the M at the end of the marking means that these are from our Malaysia AT site.
