RFID Help

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD4050B

I am building an RFID lock that will open and close automatically when a corresponding chip is detected. Essentially I need to set the RFID reader*** to have a continuous low pulse, and then a high autopulse when a chip is recognized.

This is a general outline of how I am planning on wiring the circuit:

Connect the RedBee output 1 to the input of the 12V single input inverter chip on the breadboard. Connect the electromagnetic lock power supply to a switch the interior door. When the doorknob is in a normal position, the circuit is closed and provides power to the lock. When the knob is turned, the circuit is broken and no power goes to the lock. The other end of the switch is the output of the 12V inverter gate.

I need to pair it with the correct inverter chip. Which one should I use?
