Hi,

We are using CD4013BM96  for our map reading lamp - proximity sensing detection application. For that we are planning to implement CD4013BM96. Kindly provide TINA simulation model for the same.

    Hi Smitha,

    We do not have any simulation models for any of our DFFs. Pure analog SPICE engines are not good at simulating digital, clocked device behavior.

    If you just need to see how a flip-flop works, most simulation software has a built-in DFF model that can be used for system-level simulations. Tina-TI, unfortunately, is not one of those. I'd recommend QSpice, as it has very easy to work with models and supports digital components quite well.
