INTERCONNECT-STUDIO: Regarding an Interconnect Studio Simulation Issue

Hi team,

My customer is currently evaluating the TPLD1201. During the evaluation, they found that the simulation results for the TPLD1201 EVM Demo were not displayed when using Interconnect Studio Version 1.8.0.

I investigated the issue on my side and confirmed that the simulation runs normally with Version 1.7.5. Could you please let us know whether this is a system/software bug or an issue with how the tool is being used?

    Hi Kyohei-San,

    I will run some tests and see if I can recreate the issue on 1.8.0. Do you have any information of the simulation they wanted to run? Were there any probes they were looking attempting to view in the simulator that wasn't popping up?

    Could you please verify this using Version 1.8.0?

    We will also check whether the probe settings have been configured correctly.

    Hi Kyohei-San,

    After finishing some test simulations on 1.8.0 I have also run into the same issues that your customer did, That simulation screen they received seems to populate whenever a simulation is either run while viewing the internal view of the device, the second image you posted, and whenever a simulation probe is placed on a pin output or non-clock inputs. I have informed our software team of the bug so it can be addressed.
