Hello

The Input treshold of the LVC can vary in a wide range.

Are they temperature depended?

Do they have the same treshold in the same component?

    threshold for CMOS part is about 50% VCC. It will vary a little from this due to temp and process. The Vih and Vil limits are standard for CMOS at Vih = Vcc *.7 and Vil = VCC * .3

    These are pretty heavily guardbanded specs. The threshold will not typically vary that much but in order for the part to be in warrantee you must stay in these limits.

    Within the same part all thresholds should be very close.
