When looking at the SN74LVC00ARGYR datasheet. The package section about VQFN is empty.

Is it possible to get the package outline, land pattern and solder paste for the RGY 14 ?

Here is PDF of the land pattern you were looking for. You can also got to SN74LVC00A and under Design & Development > CAD symbols, footprints & 3D models > Ultra Librarian for the VQFN package and download a model for many different simulation software. Thank you for brining this to our attention.
