Due to the PCN above, the Thermal information value has changed significantly.

Could you explain why the Thermal information value has changed so much?

    Hi Ninomiya,

    A change in FAB will mean a change in materials, these thermal changes should not impact the performance of the device and all electrical characteristics on the datasheet are still guaranteed within the recommended specifications.
