As shown by the blue direction, the FPGA side sends a 3.3V signal to the CPU side which receives 1.0V. On the 3.3V side, a 1K pull-up is used with no series resistor, while on the 1.0V side, a 300 ohm pull-up and 100 ohm series resistor are used. An abnormal waveform appears—why is this happening? The waveform ends up oscillating.
